Mostly inside. Here is why. Cookiecutter After being a warm shower & you step into the normal house temp room Registered User the water on ur body chills & makes you feel cold. Viewed 3348 times When finished, there is little or no water on me then lastly I dry
each foot before I step out.
I feel no chill, the floor/rug doesn't get wet & only need to use a
hand towel instead of a large bath towel.
Also cuts down on laundry volume & cost of laundry.
